A 6-part BBC adventure serial in colour.

While travelling from Britain to Morocco, the Jackson family’s small ornamental terracotta horse becomes the focus of a dangerous treasure hunt. Young Linda Jackson believes the figurine holds the secret to locating the Holy Grail. Her theory attracts unwanted attention when the family is pursued by mysterious men, including one named Walters, who are also determined to possess the artefact and uncover its prize. The search intensifies, placing Linda and her brother David in considerable peril.

This children’s adventure story made use of international locations for part of its production, filming some sequences overseas in Europe to lend authenticity to the family’s continental travels. The serial was broadcast in the Monday afternoon slot on BBC1, a traditional scheduling block for children’s programming.
